Just a little 2000 yard swim made my day! 4x150s Free @ 3:00... 4x125s Pull @ 2:30... 800 Free for time (swam it in under 14:00)... 100 Easy Free with Pull Buoy! That was my workout... But it made a huge difference in how I am feeling right now! Here we go...
