After last weekend I am now a stickler about getting training plans written long before I use them and written the correct way... Well according to how USAT likes them! For my training I am currently in the base phase! I am focusing on technique and skills over volume of mileage and intensity! The next few weeks will help me get used to incorporating drills into my workouts! To be honest I like how this going so far! I am keeping myself motivated and I like learning about what talent I have in this wonderful sport! Well... Back to writing plans!
