Motivated Monday... Change... and BIG Ones!

Since I've picked up the book "Mile Markers" by Kristin Armstrong... I have been inspired like no other... to change! Not just change the way I think about running... triathlons... that part of life... but every part of life! As followed... here are some changes I want to make...

Running and Triathlon:
*My DAILY training for the summer months
Mondays... Swim
Tuesdays... Weights and Cardio AM... Run PM
Wednesdays... Swim AM... Track/Interval Workout PM
Thursdays... Weights and Cardio AM... Run PM
Fridays... Swim AM... Bike PM
Saturdays... OFF... REST DAY
Sundays... Longish Bike

Other Parts of Life:
*Stop being so dependent on certain others and become more indpendent on myself
*Become more organized... and not just in my room

So what about you? How are you motivated right now?

Is this the Kristin Armstrong that married Lance Armstrong? I just (FINALLY) read It's Not About the Bike by Lance and frickin' loved it. I think I'm going to add the one you're reading to my list as well!!
