This Morning...

I know it's one to two days late from the actual plan of attack but I start my long runs for the Dicks Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon this morning! I also have a change of plans for mileage... instead of 11 miles I will probably hit 15 or 16 this morning. I know that's called "really bumping up the mileage"... but I think my legs are ready to jump into it... esp knowing the race is 5 weeks from today... eeks! I am confident that I can get this done today... and finish in one piece!
