Run at least 5 Miles in the AM
Swim at least 4000 Yards
Run at least 6 Miles in the PM

Thursday...
Swim at least 4000 Yards
Bike at least 56 Miles
Run at least 13 Miles

Friday...
Bike at least 100 Miles
Run at least 6 Miles

Saturday...
Bike at least 30 Miles

Sunday...
Bike at least 50 Miles
Run at least 10 Miles

This is so going to get done :)

Yep ... the back-to-back 4,000-yard swim workouts alone talked me out of a full IM—I have trouble kicking my butt out the door for my standard 3,000-yarders! More power to you, girl!
