After yesterday... my legs are trashed. First up... the MCRRC Country Road 5 Miler in Olney. A up and down the whole way out and back course. The best part of the race was my sprint to the finish in order to beat this old dude that I had played cat and mouse with the whole way back. Results were as followed...

Not bad for a training run... eh?
Second up... a hard ride on Beach Drive with dad on two wheels. I did't think my legs could spin as fast as they were... but they did. It was hard but fun! I enjoyed it!
Oh yeah my fave Blue Brooks Water Bottle broke this morning at the pool :(
