As The Elites Raced On and More...

I have to admit watching the Elites race their race at Dextro almost 1 1/2 weeks ago was pretty darn cool. I had never seen an ITU race and must admit I'd watch one over again. They swam so fast but make it look it so smooth while their multiple loops on the bike and the run were so powerful. I couldn't help but to be in awe of them for what they do week after week year round. I almost lost my voice cause everyone got cheered for from me like a maniac esp the cute and hot Hunter Kemper... I think I was the one who kept him going in his race :) So if you ever have a chance to see an ITU race... go see it... you won't be dissapointed!

In other news my training schedule has changed around a bit...

Monday- swim
Tuesday- bike and then run with Pacers
Wednesday- swim and then run with the MoCo Road Runners
Thursday- swim and bike and then run with Pacers (when I am available)
Friday- long run
Saturday- off day... woopie :)
Sunday- long ride with dad followed by a short brick run

More to come...

ITU, how interesting. I've never seen one live. It always seemed more like a group sport to me and I suck at those.

Looks like a pretty nice stable schedule - keep it up!
