Circle of Cycles

It has become a huge tradition for Washington, DC area cyclists. No matter what the temp is outside... cyclists come over to Hains Point in DC to ride in circles on New Years Day. Well... yesterday my dad and I were some of the crazies out there... it was 26 degrees... riding in circles around Hains Point. We got all bundled up in our winter cycling gear and did 6 x 3.25 mile loops and a bit more to get our first 20 miles of the year on two wheels.

More to come...

That sounds cool! I'm a wimp when it comes to riding in the cold, but I ride Hains Point every Thursday when it's warmer.
