Training... Lately

Swimming...
Variety :) IM, Pull, Kick, Breath Control, Drill, 100s, 200s, fast 25s and 50s

Cycling...
Very little :( Up and dow the hills of our neighborhood a million times. Maybe I'll get my hill climbing back doing that several days a weeks.

Running...
Mileage for the week is up between 35 and 40. Track workouts of mile and 2 mile repeats, runs on the Capital Crescent, and hills in the neightborhood. White Rock is only over 6 weeks away... I need to get my run on!

You should join some of the cycling groups in Rock Creek - there's tons of groups that cycle virtually every day of the week there. Huge groups too.
