Red Carpet... Little White Picket Fence... IV's in the Med Tent

The Red Carpet Finish and the Little White Picket Fence kept me going to the finish ... in exchange I took a trip to the Medical Tent where I got stuck with IV's for loss of electrolytes and dehydration.

Under 6 is not ok... especially when finishing LAST in age group... by nearly half and hour. I don't know how to deal with being last place and sucking up the joint!!!!

I have no idea why I did this race... I suck!

More to come..

Yah...all of my slow finishes I always thought I sucked, but this is when we learn a lot. If all of our finishes, were fast and perfect, well...what kind of fun would that be??
You did great Marci, even if you don't think so right now.
BTW...you did the race because you love triathlon, good or bad..:-))

Hey - you finished! Congrats, even if ya don't like your time, you still did well.

Plus, most importantly - you get 'extra' from the race - a free trip to the med tent. Think of it like getting more for your money, free stuff!
